Ninety lovely ladies in fancy dress were in attendance at this beautiful, pink and white themed Mother’s Day event on May 12. Girls, moms and grandmothers crafted, shopped, enjoyed tea and treats and had an altogether smashing time while raising funds to support education programs at the Historical Society.
Kudos and special thanks go to board member Betsy Vitton for organizing a lovely, lively afternoon! Hat’s off to junior hostesses Catherine Vitton, Millicent Getz, Summer Hill, Lilja Kjaernested and Field Ogilvy. A jolly good time was had by all!
And if you happen to notice some very smartly dressed dolls around town, you’ll know they were outfitted by doll boutique sponsor Ana’s Creations, who donated a portion of the day’s proceeds to the Historical Society. To find out more about the Historical Society, please visit: www.hstg.org.
