2017-1-6-rose-eric1913Tell us about your job/business.

I have been in construction for all the working years of my life. I started out in the early 70’s in the residential business in Fairfield County, CT. I began my corporate construction career in 1984 in a senior role with a national developer. In 1994 after returning home from an assignment in Taipei, Taiwan I returned to the custom residential business by starting my company E.M. Rose Builders, Inc. E.M. Rose is a high-end residential builder working only on architect-designed projects in Connecticut and New York. Our projects demand the highest standards for quality and we have the financial controls to match. Our clients want to know everything about their project and want the control that comes with Knowing More. We perform all our work openly and transparently enabling our clients and architects to Know More about their project, so the entire team can Build Better.

What sets your company apart from the rest?

We pride ourselves on implementing the latest technologies in order to stay current, competitive and effective. Our Estate Care Group represents our uncompromising commitment to our clients and the homes we build. Our clients know that we not only build at the highest level of quality, but unlike most builders, we also take responsibility for our workmanship and quality by continuing to take care of your home long after construction is completed.

What led you to getting a Samsung phone?

Samsung’s reputation for innovation, reliability and warranty. We wanted to be on the Android operating systems because of its versatility and ease of implementing new apps and integrating with other systems we depend on. Samsung builds the best hardware for the Android operating system and our employees can also walk into any Verizon store and have their phones serviced and repaired.

Which one do you have?

All of our employees; from laborers to the CEO carry a Samsung Galaxy S5 or Galaxy S6 Edge.

Our employees can connect and participate in internal self-improvement and training projects. We can communicate seamlessly with all our colleagues and project stakeholders. We can review field conditions remotely via video or photos in real time increasing our effectiveness and reducing our management costs. We can scan, distribute, receive and view every kind of project document quickly and easily.
