Chair Yoga is a specific form of yoga used as therapy for strength, balance, and increased flexibility. It is practiced sitting in a chair or standing using a chair for support. No experience is necessary and adaptations in poses can be tailored to individual needs. Classes will be held via Zoom. Instructions for how to set up an optimal location in your home will be provided.
