12th Annual Spirit of Hope Benefit Dinner

Liberation Programs, a leading behavioral health organization specializing in the treatment of substance use disorders in our area, hosted the 12th Annual Spirit of Hope Benefit on June 6th at Woodway Country Club. The event raised critical funds for the organization, and honored some of the nation’s leading addiction experts, including Gary Mendell, Founder and CEO of Shatterproof, The Lighthouse Sober Living and The Lighthouse Recovery Coaching 365 Program, and Maggie Young, MSW, LADC, Liberation Programs’ Chief Recovery Officer. Singer Daphne Willis graced the evening with her music, offering up her original songs “I’m Somebody’s Someone” and “I Am Enough.”

Liberation Programs is grateful to the event committee, led by co-chairs John Bassler, Debra Hertz, PhD and Cynthia J.
