The Greenwich Spanish School’s 10th Anniversary Benefit

Greenwich, CTMarch 7, 2020

The Greenwich Spanish School celebrated its 10th anniversary at its Annual Benefit Dinner in the Carriage Room at St. Agnes Parish in Greenwich attended by past and current parents and supporters.

The school employs the most advanced techniques to teach the traditional pre-school curriculum to children 3-5 years of age. The program is taught solely in Spanish with the objective of starting children on the path to becoming bilingual in English and Spanish at the optimal age.

The Greenwich Spanish School is a Connecticut non-profit corporation and tax exempt under §501(c)(3) so contributions to the school are tax deductible.

The event featured a bountiful silent auction, raffles and a live auction for selected items. The dinner showcased authentic, homemade dishes from Spain, Mexico and Latin America accompanied by Spanish and Argentine wines. DanceFit Studio of Stamford also conducted an impromptu class in Salsa dancing!

Rosario Brooks, Founder and Director of the Greenwich Spanish School, thanked everyone who worked hard to make the event such a great success. Most of all, she thanked everyone whose generous donations have allowed the school to grow, flourish and provide superior preschool education, as well as financial assistance to families needing scholarships.
