YWCA Greenwich Walk the Walk Against Domestic Violence
Greenwich, CTOctober 3, 2021
The 4th Annual YWCA Greenwich Walk the Walk Against Domestic Violence was held on October 3rd, 2021. The event was held at Bruce Park in Greenwich.
Event Co-Chairs PJ Grewal, Chief Jim Heavey, Christine Petta, Toland Sherriff brought together a great group for this fall event. Over 150 people came together to walk the last mile of their 40-mile walk done in September to commemorate the 40 years of Domestic Abuse Services at YWCA Greenwich.
First Selectman, Fred Camillo read a proclamation declaring October Domestic Violence Awareness and Prevention month.
All proceeds from the event will support YWCA Greenwich’s Domestic Abuse Services. We thank our donors and supporters for their generosity, as they are instrumental in helping us to continue these valuable programs.
