Mimi Santry is a Certified Senior Advisor and owner of Assisted Living Locators Western CT. She works closely with families to help them navigate the complex and confusing world of healthcare and resources for seniors. Mimi helps families quickly understand their options: whether it’s utilizing local resources, bringing private care into the home or moving a loved one to a supportive senior community.

As part of her mission to educate, Mimi is a frequent speaker on informational panels and contributes a monthly column to The Greenwich Sentinel on the topic of “All Things Senior.” As an extension of her work with caregivers, Mimi serves as a consultant to tendercare, a groundbreaking new technology platform designed to support caregivers by giving them organizational, planning and safety tools.

Mimi’s commitment to service extends well beyond her professional work. She has served for seven years on the Board of Parsonage Cottage, organizing several events including the Mini-golf Tee Party and the holiday party. During the pandemic, she organized the donation of more than 50 iPads so residents could stay connected to loved ones and helped lead fundraising efforts that secured a

new Sprinter van to expand transportation and independence. When her children were young, she was an active volunteer in their schools, generously supporting countless initiatives. A graduate of Princeton University, Mimi has remained actively engaged with her alma mater, serving as both a class officer and reunion chair.

Before dedicating her career to senior advocacy, Mimi spent fifteen years in the financial industry, specializing in corporate finance and institutional money management. She began her career at J.P. Morgan, before relocating to Charlotte, NC, to lead a corporate finance team at Interstate Johnson Lane, focusing on mid-market companies throughout the Southeast. During her tenure, she was recognized as one of Charlotte’s Top Women in Business and closed her firm’s largest recorded transaction. Mimi and her husband of 30 years now reside in Greenwich where they have lived for more than 26 years, proudly raising their five children.
