Eloise Warden is a senior at Greenwich Academy. Ten years ago, Eloise moved to Greenwich with her parents, Margaret and Bob, and her three siblings. Growing up in New York City, she attended the Brearley School and Brick Church School. At Greenwich Academy, Eloise has distinguished herself in academics and athletics as well as through her leadership and service.

Eloise serves as a PEER leader, Admissions Ambassador, and Head of the Community Engagement Board, where she oversees and advances the school’s community service initiatives as a senior officer. A High Honor Roll student, Eloise was recently awarded the Diane D. Darst Art History Award in recognition of her outstanding academic achievement. She is a dedicated three-sport athlete and a proud member of GA’s Varsity Field Hockey team, which finished second in New England (NEPSAC) competition and completed the 2025 season undefeated in Fairfield Athletic Association (FAA) league play.

Her commitment to service extends far beyond campus. At Building One Community in Stamford, she volunteers teaching English to immigrants and authored a comprehensive study guide to support candidates preparing for the U.S. citizenship exam.

In the summer of 2024, she lived and worked in Nepal at the Solukhumbu Girls Higher Education Campus, operated by The Small World, a nonprofit supporting Nepalese girls by providing them a safe place to learn and grow, empowering them to become role models in their rural communities. Inspired by her experience, Eloise organized a half marathon fundraiser that generated enough support to fund a full year of tuition, room, and board for eight students. She later conducted research examining girls’ education rates in Nepal and the impact of education on early marriage and pregnancy.

In August, Eloise was appointed to the First Selectman’s Youth Commission, where she will spend the year addressing issues affecting young people in Greenwich. She hopes to study art history, education, and public policy in college, continuing her commitment to learning, leadership, and meaningful community impact.
