11th Annual Step UP for the Brave Challenge

Homes for the Brave presents the 11th annual Step Up for the Brave, a fitness challenge aimed at helping Veterans experiencing homelessness. This fun event will take place on Saturday, August 16th at the Sacred Heart University – Martire Family Arena. Get ready to push your limits and test your endurance at the 90-minute Stair Climb Challenge. Ascend and descend a whopping 500 stairs per round at the Martire Family Arena, igniting your competitive spirit. If you prefer a different pace, join the 90-minute Walking Challenge and embark on an adventure filled with steps, determination, and endless fun. Lace-up your sneakers and complete a specially designed indoor course, pushing closer to your fitness goals with every lap.

Can’t join us in person? No problem! Participate in the Virtual Walking Challenge and make a difference in the lives of Veterans experiencing homelessness. From August 11th to August 15th, join from anywhere in the world and become part of this impactful event. Register as an individual or create a team, track your daily steps, and log them on our website. The individuals and teams with the highest step counts will win fantastic prizes.
