A chat with designer, Andrea Piacentino
Andrea founded Andrea Nicole Interiors in July of 2023. “My personal style includes a curated mix of antiques and objects I have procured from my travels around the world paired with a fresh, modern and practical foundation. I find the combination of antiques with a contemporary base adds depth to the space and takes you on a journey of visual exploration, while remaining functional.”
When designing your tablescape for the LOOK Holiday Design Luncheon, what was your inspiration?
I have a beautiful original painting that is a modern take on a Gustav Klimt. The painting is rich in bold, jewel toned colors with beautiful gold leaf accents. I wanted to create an unconventional holiday table that mimicked this richness and playfulness by incorporating an eclectic mix of vibrant colors, textures and patterns.
Who would you like to invite as guests to this table?
I would love to invite Gustav Klimt himself! It would be incredible to hear if he felt I captured the essence of his paintings in my tablescape.
