For 18 years, Cristin has devoted her professional life to elevating the nonprofits, civic initiatives, and individuals who make Greenwich stronger. She oversees Moffly Media’s annual Light a Fire issue each November, recognizing community volunteers and changemakers, and created the annual Teens to Watch issue to honor young people for excellence in academics, sports, arts, and philanthropy. From healthcare and emergency preparedness to education and social services, she helps bring to light critical missions in the community. Under her editorial leadership, Greenwich Magazine has uplifted the missions of organizations such as Greenwich Hospital, the American Red Cross, the Breast Cancer Alliance and YWCA Greenwich and introducing newer non-profits such as Pitch Your Peers, and The Undies Project to Greenwich’s philanthropic community.
Cristin has been recognized by Connecticut Press Club and the National Federation of Press Women, earning a First Place Award in 2023 and an Honorable Mention in 2024. Cristin strives to make people feel seen and draw out their meaningful stories, to ensure that Greenwich magazine is a reflection of the town at its most generous and engaged. Across both professional and community commitments, it is always her goal to influence with intention.
