YWCA Greenwich will be holding its 7th Annual Women Who Inspire Awards to recognize exceptional women in our community. YWCA Greenwich’s Women Who Inspire Awards was established to recognize and celebrate outstanding women who have excelled in philanthropic, professional, and volunteer pursuits. Importantly, these honorees have enriched the lives of many in our community. This event acknowledges the changes in society that have led to the fluidity of work/life pursuits for women of today.

In 2015, she joined Stamford Health and quickly grew her primary care practice. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she continued in-person care and helped streamline outpatient treatment protocols. She felt strong camaraderie with her fellow health care workers and was inspired by the hands-on approach of Stamford Health leadership. She wanted to continue to help shape her organization and have a larger impact on the community, beyond her panel of patients.
In 2021, she completed the Physician Leadership Academy at Stamford Health and began a part-time MBA at UCONN School of Business in 2023, expected to graduate in 2026. She became the Division Director of General Internal Medicine for Stamford Health and joined the Stamford Hospital Foundation Board of Directors. Dr. Siegel remains active in the organization, mentoring new primary care physicians and participating in various committees.
Dr. Siegel and her husband have a son. She values family time and enjoys hiking, Pilates, hot coffee, and seafood. She is grateful for her husband’s support in helping her pursue her dreams.
