YWCA Greenwich will be holding its 5th Annual Women Who Inspire Awards to recognize exceptional women in our community. YWCA Greenwich’s Women Who Inspire Awards was established to recognize and celebrate outstanding women who have excelled in philanthropic, professional, and volunteer pursuits. Importantly, these honorees have enriched the lives of many in our community. This event acknowledges the changes in society that have led to the fluidity of work/life pursuits for women of today.

Grace Lockhart Djuranovic graduated from Greenwich Academy and Duke University, where she received a B.A. in Public Policy Studies. After college, Grace worked at UBS for more than ten years in the Graduate Training Program and then as an Associate Director in Sponsorship Americas, where she was responsible for UBS’s sponsorship programs in the region, mostly focusing on Arts and Culture partnerships and working with Art Basel and non-profits nationwide. Following the birth of her first child, Grace left UBS to spend more time with her family and became an active volunteer in the Greenwich community. 

Grace is a member of the Greenwich United Way Board of Directors. She sits on the Executive Committee as the Vice Chair of Fund Development & Marketing and Chair of Nominating. Previously, she co-chaired the Sole Sisters Luncheon and Brew Ha Ha Comedy Night Fundraiser and was a member of the Grants and COVID-19 Relief Fund Committees. In 2023, she will co-chair the 90th Anniversary Gala.

Grace also volunteers for the Bruce Museum as co-founder and co-chair of the Bruce Contemporaries, the newest council of museum supporters which provides exclusively designed events, educational and networking opportunities for this dynamic group of art and science enthusiasts. She has been a member of the museum’s Development Committee for several years and previously co-chaired the Annual Bruce Gala and Night at the Museum Family Fundraiser. 

She serves on the Greenwich Academy Alumnae Association Board as Governance Chair. An active volunteer with her children’s schools, she works with both the Greenwich Academy Parents Association and the Old Greenwich School PTA. Grace is a sustainer in the Junior League of Greenwich and member of Pitch Your Peers. Grace was previously on the REACH Prep Junior Council, the Greenwich Newcomers Club Board of Directors, and has volunteered on many fundraising committees, including the Greenwich International Film Festival, Breast Cancer Alliance and Greenwich Land Trust’s Go Wild! Grace was a recipient of Moffly Media’s Light a Fire Award.

Grace lives in Old Greenwich with her husband, two children, and dog.
