Fairfield County LOOK hosted it’s 2nd annual celebration of renowned authors and their newest books on Greenwich LOOK Literary Day, June 12th in partnership with major sponsor Julie Grace Burke – Compass Real Estate and PURE Insurance. Lugano Diamonds hosted a beautiful literary dinner, the night before, with a talk by bestselling author, Allison Pataki. The authors’ panels ran all day and reading fans were able to pop in and out at their leisure. Diane’s Books provided the books and authors were available to sign them.
The panels and their moderators were the following: Cookbooks moderated by Julie Grace Burke, with Barbara Bates Conroy, Becky L. Diamond, Julia Dzafic and Max Tucci. Summer Reads moderated by Icy Frantz, with Elizabeth Birkelund, Jane L. Rosen and Susie Orman Schnall. Fiction panel: Jeanne McWilliams Blasberg and Daisy Florin spoke with Julie Grace Burke. Non-fiction was moderated by Hagar Chemali with Kara Alaimo, Patricia Chadwick and Julie Satow.
Following a lunch break, Fiona Davis spoke with Camille Aubray, Brooke Lea Foster and Lynda Cohen Loigman of the Historical Fiction panel. Fiona and Greg Wands teamed up to discuss their new audio book, The Gimlet Slip and then Greg led the Suspense Panel with Lynne Constantine, Sandra Miller, Jeffrey S. Stephens and Wendy Walker.
