Bedford, New York based restaurant Le Poisson by Chef Thomas Burke, formerly La Cremaillere, hosted a cocktail party on March 13th to celebrate its grand opening. The fine dining restaurant updated interiors and launched a new seafood forward menu inspired by the coastal regions of France. Along with the introduction of the rebrand, Chef and Managing Partner, Thomas Burke opened an all new “walk-in friendly” bar/lounge called Petit Salon which offers signature cocktails and a separate menu from the restaurant. Last year, the Michelin Guide recognized Chef Thomas Burke’s talents highlighting his “clear reverence for ingredients.” He was also applauded by the Guide for bringing a “delicious balance to the fore with imagination and razor-sharp execution.” Le Poisson and Petit Salon opened to the public on March 15th.
