Fairfield County LOOK was delighted to host our annual LOOK Literary Festival in Greenwich, presented by Julie Grace Burke & Team JGB at Compass. We are deeply grateful to our sponsors, Lugano Diamonds, PURE Insurance and Diane’s Books, whose support helped make the day so special.  

The festival opened with a spirit of camaraderie and curiosity as book lovers gathered to celebrate the written word. Over the course of the morning, guests enjoyed three lively and engaging panels featuring bestselling authors and industry leaders, each bringing their unique voice and perspective to the conversation.

The first panel, Fiction with a Twist of Heart, was moderated by Julie Grace Burke and featured celebrated authors Annabel Monaghan, Beatriz Williams, Fiona Davis, and Samantha Greene Woodruff, who shared stories of craft, character, and inspiration.

Next, Beneath the Surface: Secrets & Suspense, moderated by Deborah Goodrich Royce, drew the audience into the world of thrillers and mysteries with Elise Hart Kipness, Greg Wands, and Wendy Walker offering insights into the art of suspense.

The morning concluded with From Idea to Ink, moderated by Julie Grace Burke, where renowned literary agents Beth Davey and Kate McKean discussed the journey from concept to publication, giving guests a rare inside look at the business of books.

It was a morning filled with conversation, laughter, and connection—an inspiring reminder of the power of storytelling and the vibrant community that surrounds it.
