Greenwich, CT
May 2, 2024
The reception was generously hosted by Richards and Scott Mitchell, and supported by Cassena Care, which has dialysis centers in Norwalk and Stamford, CT.
1 in 7 people have Chronic Kidney Disease – which can lead to kidney failure and the need for a transplant or dialysis to stay alive. NKF serving Greater New York and Connecticut serves as a lifeline for people in our communities affected kidney disease, offering patient and community education programs and workshops about the risk of Chronic Kidney disease, how to cope with diagnoses and dialysis, and steps to getting a transplant.
On June 5th, NKF will be partnering with the YMCA of Greenwich for a community education workshop and volunteer event to support patients on dialysis. Contact Meghan.Burns@kidney.org for more information.
